  Added

  • Missed days are now highlighted in red in the task completion calendar view for daily habits, covering days after the task creation date that were neither completed nor paused.
  • get_missed_days_in_month() database method to retrieve missed days for a given month.
  • GTK unit tests covering child-window dismissal (transient filtering, nested windows and idempotency), run headless via Xvfb in CI.

  Changed

  • Child windows (task completion calendar, task statistics, manage tags, add/edit task, confirmation prompts, about and the congratulatory dialog) are no longer modal; clicking the parent window now automatically dismisses the open child window instead of requiring it to be closed first, and only one child of a given window can be open at a time.
  • Child windows now fade out while shrinking when dismissed, so the window frame and title bar disappear along with the body and no white flash is shown as the window is destroyed.

  Fixed

  • Bug in the calculation of the monthly task completion rate.
